Thursday, 28 August at 12 pm – CAO opens the “Available Places” facility. This lists courses still accepting applications. New applicants pay a €45 fee, while existing applicants can apply for free.
Saturday, 30 – Sunday, 31 August – Students can view written scripts: in-school sessions (Saturday) or online (Sunday).
Wednesday, 27 August 2025 at 2 pm – Round 1 CAO offers are available online, with notifications also sent by email and SMS.

From Sunday, 31 August (10 am) to Monday, 1 September (5 pm) – Appeal applications open via the CSSP. Appeals cost €40 per subject (Leaving Cert Applied appeals are €15.50).
Tuesday, 2 September at 3 pm - Deadline to Accept Round 1 offers:
Students may receive more than one offer (e.g., a Level 8 and a Level 7/6 course) but can only accept one per round. Accepting a lower-preference offer does not block higher preferences in later rounds.
Monday 8 September at 2pm - Round 2 Offers are available online.
Wednesday 1o September at 3pm - Deadline to accept Round 2 offers
