Q: Are the online classes live?
A: Yes, all of our online weekly grinds and revision courses are delivered live by our excellent teachers. These classes are all recorded and available to students to watch at your own pace.
Q: How do I access my class?
A: Log in using your email address and password. An image will appear of your booked course(s). Click on the image and scroll down to ‘Click here for class’. All classes are via Zoom so this will prompt you to sign into your Zoom account.
Q: When can I access the recording of the class?
A: The recording of each class will be available to view within 1 to 2 hours after the class.
Q: How long will I have access to the class notes and recordings?
A: You will have access to all notes and recordings from your online course until your Summer Exams. Access to all of your courses will be removed on 30th June in the Summer after your course finishes.
However, if you cancel your direct debit payment for a course at any stage, you will immediately lose access to that course and all of the material.
Q: What if I can’t attend an online class?
A: Don’t worry! All of our online weekly classes and revision courses are recorded and you will be able to access these recordings 1 to 2 hours after each live class.
Q: What if I start the year late? Will I have access to the previous classes?
A: Yes, you will have access to all of the previous classes - notes and recordings.
Q: How many online grinds do you offer in the academic year?
A: We offer a total of 29 online weekly grinds throughout the academic year. These take place during the school terms and there are breaks from weekly grinds for mid-terms, Christmas and Easter. Our grinds can be paid in full or by monthly or weekly direct debit. Monthly and weekly direct debits can be cancelled but access to the course will be lost.
Q: Why is my weekly payment deducted when there is no class scheduled for that week?
A: Weekly and monthly payments start when you sign up to a course. The payments are deducted on consecutive weeks, whether there is a class or not, so you may have the course paid in full before it finishes.
Q: Are there revision courses at Christmas and Easter?
A: Yes, we offer online revision courses in all of our subjects during the Christmas and Easter holidays. These revision courses can be attended live, with the recording available 1 to 2 hours after the course.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: If you forget your password, there is a ‘Forgot your password’ prompt on the login page, where you can request a new password. Alternatively you can contact the office and we can update your password here.
